Deshaun Watson Accused of Harassing Dozens of Women

The bad news hit the Cleveland Browns player, Deshaun Watson. He is said to have molested dozens of women.

One of the victims, a masseuse whose name has been changed to Jane Doe, said Watson was a "serial predator".

Reports from Marca said there were 14 masseurs who filed complaints regarding the sexual harassment that Watson had done to them.

The dozen masseurs then appointed Buzbee as their representative.

Buzbee said: “Today I am announcing that all cases against Deshaun Watson, with the exception of four cases, have been resolved. We are currently working on documents related to the settlement. Once we are done, certain cases will be terminated," said Buzbee

Simpson Twiggle (another victim's representative) said: “About 80% of the victims he represented in civil proceedings were not aware of the criminal charges that would be imposed on Watson. However, he cited one of his recent cases that was similar to Watson's case had occurred in Harris County. The defendant in the case was not indicted by a grand jury despite “strong evidence” but the victim in his case was eventually awarded $44 million in a civil suit.

As a result of this case, it was reported that Watson would be suspended for 11 matches, aka 1 full season by his club.

A source said: “If Watson misses the entire season, his contract will remain until next year. That would be a real suspension of his career. He will earn a minimum salary of 2023 (something in the $1 million range), instead of the $46 million he would have earned. He will be under contract until 2027, not 2026."

A little information from Wikipedia about Derrick Deshaun Watson. He is a USA football quarterback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He played college football at Clemson, where he led the team to the national championship in 2016
