63-year-old grandmother raped by nephew after getting drunk together

 

Another unusual case of rape occurred in Putussibau Utara District, Kapuas Hulu District, West Kalimantan. The perpetrator with the initials FH (47 years old) had the heart to have intercourse with his own aunt with the initials HY, a 63-year-old grandmother. The incident occurred on 31-3-2023.

The chronology of the incident began when the perpetrator and the victim attended a traditional wedding ceremony conducted by their neighbors. Both of them drank wine at the event to get drunk together because they mostly.

"The perpetrator and the victim drank wine together at the event," explained AKP Joni Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kapuas Police to journalists Monday, 3-4-2023.

The perpetrator saw that the victim was heavily drunk and then asked permission from those who had the intention to go home. The perpetrator carried the victim's body and led him on the way home. On the way there is a rubber plantation. The perpetrator crossed to carry out his immoral acts in that place and this incident occurred. The perpetrator raped her twice.

"The crime scene is in a rubber plantation. The victim tried to fight back during the rape incident but her body was still weak and dizzy due to her drunken state. She was raped twice," said AKP Joni.

After giving vent to her lust, the victim was left alone in the rubber plantation. The perpetrator fled trying to avoid the crowd for fear of being arrested.

Moments later, residents and their biological children searched for the victim and found him in a rubber plantation in a weak condition. The victim was brought home.

At home, the victim told everything that had happened to her biological child and they took the initiative to report this case to the Kapuas Hulu Police.

It didn't take long for the perpetrator to be immediately arrested at his residence without a fight and is currently huddled behind bars. The perpetrator was charged with article 285 of the Criminal Code which carries a penalty of 12 years in prison.

Meanwhile, the victim's condition is healthy and starting to stabilize, but psychologically he is still very traumatized by the incident that just happened to him.
